Also a healthy diet is super important, your liver wont have to process all the shit food and will be more effective when confronted with alcohol (healthier liver), and you wont have hangovers (still a little bit) but you should be abke to go for a morning jog no problem
Everyone watching this you gotta take everything he says with a grain of salt. He didn't notice his progress slowing down and etc, well this guy isn't big. He isn't packing a lot of muscle, he's packing a bit of muscle in the right places and he's lean to show it. He's going for aestethics and alcohol plays well in that part since what you do is basically train and get cut, lean enough to show abs and every little striation, great, now train to keep maintain this all year round. You're not bulking or trying to add size, you're just maintaining and drinking alcohol at this stage ain't that bad. You won't make much more gains trying to stay this lean anyways unless youre on steroids. So basically, fuckboy training and dieting allows you to drink alcohol and still look good, but alcohol won't fit in a training plan that requires you to pack on 20lbs of muscle while bulking, then you will definetly see your progress not being optimal.
But if anyone here wants a tip on how to drink, you can drink a beer now and then, no issues. Don't just go and drink 10 beers and more every week, do it once every month or like me, I drink hard like once every 3-4 months with some beers on sundays or restdays.
I quite drinking alcohol because I don't want to be a loser. That's why I've switched to black tar heroin, mixed with crack, and a little cocaine. I don't even know what I'm doing right now or who I am. But I'm as high as fudge, son.
To be fair, after my 14 hour long days of work, at least 3 times during the week, I may run or use some dumbbells. Then, on the weekend, I try to have a good rest before I exercise. But that is just me trying to get back into shape. Slowly, but it is getting me in shape. Alcohol makes it hard for me to exercise. So, I'm just avoiding it for now.
I believe him when he says he is. When I was in Japan I knew a couple of guys that had physiques like that naturally. They just had good died, good form, and years of effort. Yang isn't absurdly big, and you never see him with huge d-bol shoulders or anything like that. Anyway, who knows. I think he's natty.
