"But wherefore waste I time to counsel thee." translates to "We are wasting time talking." "Thou art a votary to fond desire." a votary is someone who has sworn an oath. Fond desire, means anything pleasurable. So, I think it means "Stop talking and lets get it on."
ok a more literal translation is " you are sworn to love" here is a quote from the novel "But wherefore waste I time to counsel thee That art a votary to fond desire?" it means something like "why should i waste time with you who is in love with me"
its Shakespeare, he says "thou art a votary to fond desire" i just got done doing a bunch of research on what it means and i think it means "you enjoy doing silly things" but don't quote me on that i'm just guessing.

Viagra is a prescription drug that can help men with erectile dysfunction. For many people, romance means candlelight, soft music, and a glass of wine. The little blue pill, Viagra, can be part of this picture, but only if you drink small or moderate amounts of alcohol.
